Video on Demand: could be interesting... we were recently writing an article about Video and Audio Podcasting. How VOD and V & A Podcasting could potentially change the way we deliver media to the masses... i suppose only time will tell...
i'm not willing to pay the 10 bucks to go up to the lookout either...

living shangri-la is a hotel plus places to live.. and i think you're right... businesses near the ground level...
it'll be between thurlow and bute, and between alberni and georgia...
i think you're right about building height limits... but i was always under the impression that that living shagri-la was somehow special?
ring on the ring finger...
in retrospect... i think most guys probably wouldn't even notice a ring on their ring fingers... but just what i've heard...
so how do you know if they really are married? and what do you do if they are pretending to be?
that's a tough one... i find usually just talking to people they usually will work into conversation their spouse, partner, or if they're single? but that's definitely not a sure way to find out... however... if you do find that they have a ring on their ring finger... would it hurt to ask them why they do (if you know that they're neither married nor engaged) what about this whole "promise ring" concept or hollywood's "engaged to be engaged" =P
