i dunno about kids with fireworks... i'm also 24 from Vancouver... and I don't think things were anywhere near as bad when we were young or when we were teens...
this past halloween...
we were driving along when this suv in front of us suddenly veers left into the next lane of traffic...
in vancouver... drivers do a lot of stupid things... so we didn't expect fireworks to be on fire in the middle of the intersection... (BUSY INTERSECTION of Canada Way and Willington near BCIT) while the SUV avoided it dramatically veering and rolling to the left, we were able to swerve right where there shouldn't be any traffic...
i don't know what this city is coming to sometimes...
